We want you to feel confident when ordering from Valorente.
If your order is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:

be returned within 30 days of delivery

be unused, unworn, and unwashed

be in its original condition

be returned with original packaging where reasonably possible
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

items returned outside the 30-day return period

items that are no longer in original condition

personalised or custom-made products, where applicable
Return shipping costs
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@valorente.nl as soon as possible.
To help us review the issue, include your order number and clear photos of the item.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide further return instructions.
Refunds
After your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
